My Professional Mission
My professional mission is to provide meaningful, individualized, and evidence-based clinical services to all individuals seeking therapeutic intervention and support. I practice psychotherapy and therapeutic consulting services on the belief that all individuals can heal, change, and become more resilient when they address their trauma, heal past harm, foster safe and healthy relationships, receive appropriate treatment interventions, and are treated with dignity and respect.
I approach therapeutic consulting from a client centered approach, which includes the client’s family system and community. My commitment to each person’s integrity serves as the foundation of my work and the manner in which I offer support for each client to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

When I'm Not Working...
You will find me with my adorable fur baby, Harvey; wandering in the woods and hiking mountains in my quaint little mountain town; on the dance floor at a concert; doing yoga; traveling to a new corner of the world; or spending valuable time with my family and friends. I love getting my hands dirty in the garden and the simple beauty of watching plants and flowers grow under my loving care. I am rarely idle, and I enjoy the rewards of home improvements and learning new crafts, like woodworking and refinishing old furniture. I value my time at home more than anything, but I get most excited about traveling to see Phish and uniting with my Phish community. I work hard and play hard, and I am usually up for any new adventure or challenge.
